Howden to host well-known rural personalities and a respected equine trust for a series of live panels

From 14-16 June at the Royal Three Counties Show in Worcestershire, visitors will hear from podcaster Wallace Currie, content creator Will Roobottom, and the British Eventing Support Trust. The free events, organised by show headline sponsor Howden, will discuss a wide range of rural community topics. Taking place in Howden’s marquee, seats will be limited.

Friday 14 June

Discover how Will Roobottom, from Cowley Hill Farm, has successfully incorporated social media into his farming business. The 30-minute workshop will share insights into how he has built his successful YouTube channel to nearly 10,000 subscribers, which has made him widely known in the farming community.

Saturday 15 June

Join Wallace Currie, Host, and Ed Martin, Co-Producer, of Rural2Kitchen for a live interactive podcast recording. The show will explore the connection between rugby and farming, plus rural-related topics. Questions will be taken from the audience.

Sunday 16 June

Jane Hunter Walsh, General Manager, from the British Eventing Support Trust (BE Support Trust) will be joined by riders, Lydia Heywood and Rebecca Page, for a conversational panel discussion. Hear how BE Support Trust has supported novice and professional riders, plus practical advice on mitigating risks through personal insurance.

Timings for each event will be announced here: Insurance solutions for countryside living (howdengroup.com)

Visitors to the Royal Three Counties Show 2024 can speak with a Howden specialist broker regarding their equine, high-value home, contents, rural, or commercial insurance needs within the Howden marquee next to the Main Arena.

Over the three days of the Royal Three Counties Show, the Future of Farming section and theatre will also provide speakers (experts and special guests), facilitated panels, panel Q&As and networking sessions centred around cultivating sustainability; looking after ourselves, the environment and our businesses.
