
EVENT ACCESSIBILITY GUIDE
EVENT ACCESSIBILITY AT ROYAL THREE COUNTIES SHOW
All the buildings at the showground have ramps and are accessible by wheelchair.
PARKING
If you’re a blue badge holder, please use the brown gate for allocated disabled parking near the showground entrance.
TOILETS
There will be a Mobiloo located near Brown Gate at the Show every day. A Mobiloo is a mobile accessible toilet including a toilet with grab rail, electric hoist and full size changing table. Click here for more information.
There are also permanent accessible toilets throughout the Showground, please see Show Map for specific locations.
There will also be an NCT baby changing space for members and non-members located in Teme Hall.
FREE SHUTTLE BUS
There’s a free shuttle bus (with disabled access) from Great Malvern Station to Three Counties Showground starting from 8:45am and finishing at 6:15pm. This will still run in the event of rail company strike action.
You’ll find the pick up point just outside the station. The return pick up point is at the Red Gate of the showground.
GETTING AROUND
Electric scooters and manual wheelchairs are available for the disabled, elderly, and mobility impaired visitors, courtesy of the Event Mobility Charitable Trust.
Please note that this service is only available at our three main shows: the RHS Malvern Spring Festival, Royal Three Counties Show, and Malvern Autumn Show.

DISABLED TICKETING POLICY
Our admission policy admits one companion free of charge when a disabled visitor pays the normal admission fee, book in advance to save money. Carer tickets can be arranged on the day when supporting documentation is provided.
